Baklava N More is a family-owned bakery in Iowa City, Iowa. We specialize in handmade Middle Eastern and Mediterranean desserts like baklava, knafeh, basbousa, and more, all made fresh using traditional recipes and premium halal ingredients.
We opened because we saw a gap: Iowa City has a growing Middle Eastern and international community, and nobody was making these sweets the way they should be made, by hand, with care, from scratch.
Every item that leaves our kitchen is something we'd serve at our own table. That's the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
